Donald Keith Seitzer, 74, of Twinsburg, Ohio passed away on December 19, 2020, from complications related to COVID. Keith leaves his loving wife of nearly 53 years, Jamie, and their children, Donna, Mark, and Tanya and her son, Jaxton Keith, Keith's pride and joys. Keith was born in Williamsport, PA, to Donald and Lena Seitzer. He attended school and graduated from Granite City High School in Illinois after his family moved there when he was a young boy. He graduated from Southern Illinois University after serving four years in the Air Force Security Service as a Czech Linguist/Voice Intercept Analyst in Germany. He worked in the wood business for over 30 years, starting with U.S. Plywood and retiring from Weyerhaeuser Company. Keith had a very creative mind and he loved working with wood, was a model train enthusiast, loved to spend time tending to his crops in the town's community garden, and really enjoyed traveling. He was sharp as a tack and was always asked for ideas and advice from family and friends. His parents and three siblings, Donna Kay, Daniel and Denise, predeceased him, leaving brothers Kenneth and David, family and friends to mourn his loss. Keith is sorely missed by his loving family. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who loved and cherished his family. He will always be kept close to their hearts and his spirit lies within them to comfort them through this sad time and beyond. A time to honor and celebrate him will be made at a later date for his family. The doctors and nurses at Ahuja Hospital are truly appreciated by his family for their care and efforts during his hospitalization.
