Donald's obituary
Donald was born on June 22nd in Philadelphia, PA to Archibald and Theresa. He spent his early years in Philadelphia and attended Church Farms School and later attended Drexel University, University of Pennsylvania, and Princeton University where he earned degrees in Math and Science (SC.D). Later, he resided in Southern New Jersey (Audubon) and lived there for many years and then moved to Georgia where he resided until his passing.
Donald’s career focused on computer engineering, algorithms and coding. He worked on various projects in the private and public sectors including Ford Aerospace at NASA in Houston, TX. Donald also taught as an adjunct professor at several colleges and universities. He had a passion for teaching and also published several mathematical books. He was always seeking to learn more and never stopped researching math and science topics.
Donald has six children, Donald, Maria, Roman, Thomas, Julianne, and Michael. He is survived by all his children and his only sibling, his sister, Rosemary (Schaefer). Donald was predeceased by his father Archibald and his mother Theresa (Iannotti).
Donald enjoyed both watching and playing sports. He enjoyed discussing current events with family and friends. He always enjoyed a good joke and had a contagious laugh.
A service was previously held at our Lady of Perpetual Help in Carrollton, GA. The family requests donations be made to the church directly in his name.
