Donald's obituary

Donald Odgel Johnson, a vibrant and beloved member of the avian community, soared off to the great blue skies on November 6, 2023. Donald was hatched on a sunny summer day in 2020 and from that moment, his melodious chirps and graceful flights brought joy to all who knew him.

A true feathered friend, Donald was known for his impeccable plumage and his spirited personality. Whether he was performing graceful aerial acrobatics or serenading fellow feathered companions with his enchanting songs, Donald always brought a sense of beauty and harmony to the world around him.

His companions in the aviary will miss his cheerful presence, and his legacy of joy and freedom will live on in their hearts. Donald Johnson's time with us may have been brief, but his impact was profound. As we mourn his departure, we take solace in knowing that he has taken flight to a place of eternal sunlight and boundless horizons.

Donald Johnson is survived by his fellow birds, who will continue to honor his memory with each graceful flight and every uplifting song. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to local bird conservation efforts in honor of Donald's love for the skies and the freedom of flight.

Donald Johnson's soaring spirit and graceful presence will forever be remembered, and his absence leaves a void in the skies and in our hearts. Rest in peace, dear friend.
