Donald's obituary

Donald R. Mosley of Lincoln City, Oregon passed away Sunday September 22, 2024. He is survived by his wife, Sharon, his children; Liesje (Richard) Gebler, Brian(Heather) Mosley, his step- children; DC(Aimee) Melton and Dawn(Roger) Moeller, his grandchildren; Monica(Kevin) Sandoval, Morgan Gebler, Amanda Gebler, Ahna Mosley, Ella Mosley, Adam Mosley, Elly Melton, Addy Melton, Darvin Melton, Alexia Moeller & Zephanie Moeller, 2 great - grandchildren; Miller and Aurora Sandoval, his brother-in-law, Richard Rogers and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was proceeded in death by his parents; Calvin and Muriel and his brother and sister-in-law; Bobby and Nellie Mosley, his sister and brother-in-law; Norma and Bill Brannon and his sister Thelma Rogers.

Donald was born on October 4, 1951 in Santa Rita, New Mexico. He graduated from Cobre High School in 1970. After high school Don joined the United States Air Force where he served for 20 years as a medic and independent duty medic. During his time in service he helped with MEDEVACs in Vietnam and setting up blood banks in Saudi Arabia.

Don was a passionate outdoorsman, spending many happy years camping, hunting and fishing with his children and his friends.

In his later years he took great pride in watching his grandchildren grow and in their accomplishments.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Don was cremated and will be interred in New Mexico at a future date.
