Background
Don was a fighter and beat cancer several times. He developed heart failure in April of 2021 due to the high level of chemo toxicity in the last chemotherapy mix prescribed to him. It made for his death to be quite a sudden death and he & his loved ones were not ready for his passing. His doctors had told the family that everything would be fine as he was only in stage 2 of heart failure and could come back from it. This was not the case, due to the hospital/ Doctors not taking a second look at his most recent ER visits. This made for a more traumatic passing experience. The funeral arrangements and memorial service has fallen solely on his two daughters, Tarra & Jamie. Any contributions would be greatly appreciated as this is a long process of transition and a very difficult time. Aiming to give Don the proper goodbye that he deserves. His kindness never ceased to amaze me and he was always willing to help anyone in need, so I hope that beautiful character in him is remembered and cherished and passed forward onto every life that he has touched with his loving heart.
