It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Donald Hailey, a beloved husband, father, and successful businessman. Donald was born on August 26, 1936, and passed away peacefully on February 27, 2026, leaving behind a footprint of love and enduring strength.

Donald was a man of warmth and personability, his heart invariably open to all. He possessed an innate ability to comprehend the emotions and thoughts of those around him, making him a wonderful listener and an even better confidant. His caring nature and love for people were the cornerstones of his charming personality.

One of the pillars of his life was his successful cosmetics business, Caribe Cosmetics. Donald's entrepreneurial acumen led the company to thrive for over three decades, providing quality products to countless happy customers. This accomplishment incorporated his love for people, understanding their needs and desires, and striving to make them feel valued and beautiful.

Donald's greatest legacy, however, is not just in the successful business he built, but also in the love and strength he imparted to his family and all those who knew him. Donald is survived by his loving wife, Fay their cherished daughter, Sydnae, his brother, Michael (Brenda), his sister, Nona (Vernon), in-laws, his cousins, his nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. His love for them was boundless, and his legacy will continue to live on through them. As we mourn the loss of a great man, we also celebrate his life and the immense joy he brought into ours.
