Donald's obituary
After retiring in 2000, Don and Ann moved to Lake Worth, Florida, to be near their two children and twin granddaughters. They found a church there and he was asked to be on the board of directors. He also played bells in the choir and taught Sunday school. In retirement, he continued to do the things he loved most: spending time with family, being involved in church, traveling all over the world, (you should see all the pins on the map),playing bridge with friends, taking care of and fixing things around the house, drawing, painting, and doing puzzles. He did whatever he could do to keep busy!
Don is survived by his wife Ann Coker, daughters Linda Fernquist and Debbie Coker, granddaughters Ashley Fernquist and Nicole Fernquist Hertz and her husband Kurt, and his sister Judy Boers, his niece Pam and Matt Flowers (Boers) and nephew Rick and Laura Boers. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the church or charity of your choice.
