Dear Schmidt Family,

During this difficult time I want to give my sincerest condolences. Loosing a loved one is an extremely difficult thing in life, and we are left with heartache and sorrow. May you and and your family find in comfort in knowing that our God Jehovah deeply cares for you and your family. He will soon reverse the effects of death by bringing a resurrection. John 5:28,29 says: “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” May this promise that will soon be fulfilled give you strength.

Callie, Kyra, Sean, Hailey, Dillon- I can’t find the right words but I am so incredibly grateful to have known Don. Poppy 2chains will forever be my favorite memory. Don was one person I could go to for advice and opinions on things. He would always give it to me straight which is what I needed. He supported me in a time of my life when I needed it the most and treated me as one of his own. I love you all and wish I could give you all the biggest hug. Stay strong and keep each other close. Xoxo

Callie and family, I am praying for peace and comfort for you and the family. I am sorry to hear about your loss. Just remember he is at peace and in no more pain. Time heals all broken hearts. Your memories together will always be in your heart forever.
Callie and family, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss.  I had the pleasure of working with Don for nearly 20 years.   We shared so many stories and he was always so proud and supportive of his family.  Don was a great man and friend.  My condolences to your family during this difficult time.
Don worked for me while at HSB for a year or two.  We lived in the same town, and Don and I went out on a few losses together.  He assisted with my onboarding with HSB, helped where he could and always would lend a helpful hand where he could.  He was such a nice guy - I just heard the news the other day  and am heartbroken for his family.  I know how proud he was of his kids and loved his family so much.  I am so incredibly sorry for your loss.
Although I never had the pleasure to meet Don in person, I enjoyed meeting him virtually.  He was such a ray of light for our claim department at Travelers.  I will miss his contributions to our team and his willingness to help out whenever needed.  He was a phenomenal subject matter expert and took a great deal of pride in his work and shared his love for his family.  My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.  He will be missed.
My deepest condolences to all of Don's family. I had the plasure of working with Don and being his co-worker at Travelers. He was my go-to electrical guy who always had time to answer a question or chat about anything. I'll miss his care-free attitude and hearing his voice chime in on whatever shenanigans we are talking about on our team calls. We will all miss you.
I had the honor and pleasure of being one of Don's B&M co-workers at Travelers.  I will miss him answering the phone saying- "It's a great day at Travelers."  Hugs, love & prayers to the family. RIP DES.  We'll miss you , DDC
My condolences to Callie and the kids. I first met Don when he joined Travelers 7 years ago.  He was a pleasure to work with, and his quiet expertise was invaluable to the Boiler and Machinery Claim Department.  He will be sorely missed as a colleague and friend.  My prayers go out on your behalf.
