Personal note from Don's Family

Join us as we gather to laugh, share stories, and remember the vibrant life of Don—someone who brought light, love, and maybe a little mischief to every room.
This isn’t a goodbye. It’s a celebration—full of color, music, hugs, and memories. Come as you are, bring your favorite story, and help us honor Don in the joyful spirit he lived.

🌸 In lieu of flowers, we invite you to honor Don by supporting a cause close to his heart: IHELP, the family kindly requests donations be made to:

FIRST PRESBYTERIAN MONTEREY - IHELP in honor of Don Lundquist.

IHELP (Interfaith Homeless Emergency Lodging Program) is the ministry to the homeless. These donations help provide transportation every evening to churches who feed dinner, provide a place to sleep, and need services.

Don was an active IHELP member feeding homeless and encouraging services in the Monterey community on a regular basis for as long he was able to. Our Father was able to complete this because of his deep compassion, unwavering faith and ability to meet people where they were-with kindness and dignity.

There are three ways to contribute:

1. Bring a check made out to First Presbyterian Church Monterey and drop it off at the Celebration of Life. IHELP SHOULD BE WRITTEN IN THE MEMO LINE.

2. If you prefer to donate online, please donate through this website (click here, https://everloved.com/life-of…) which will be used to make a collective gift to Monterey Presbyterian Church - IHELP

3. Mail a donation directly to the church at:
First Presbyterian Monterey
501 El Dorado Street
Monterey, CA 93940 - Please include “IHELP” in check memo and “In memory of Don Lundquist”
