I am so happy and so lucky to have known you Don. You have been a father and a friend to me. Thank you for all the memories together and with your whole family, my family. I am glad I could see you a few months ago. You told me "It was good to have me around here" but to be honest, I am the one who has been so lucky to be around you. I am  so lucky that I had you in my life and so happy how you welcomed me in your family. I will never forget your kindness, your sense of humor, how you were always up for anything. We were always having fun around you. My family is sending  its condolences and will always remember all the good times together. Love and miss you !
We look forward to seeing you on the 11th. In the meantime, we send our condolences. Bruce & Linda
Renee and I regret missing this remembrance of Don. We will be out of town celebrating our nephew’s college graduation.
We are happy to have known Don through Rotary and golf.

He may be gone, but will never be forgotten. Good times and memories will be everlasting.
It was at suites high. He asked if anyone had a tape measure in their pockets. I did, and he said "nice going rookie ". He called me that every once in awhile, with affection. There's too many more to mention right now. I loved him as we all loved him.
This news makes me so sad to hear. My favorite memory of Don was when I went to interview with him for Men’s Wearhouse. I was to meet at a hotel that no longer existed. I had to look at the shape of the buildings to figure it out. When I got there, I said it’s a good thing I am not an idiot. He stated I guess we should hire you since you figured it out. He made my years with Men’s Wearhouse an awesome experience. Prayers to his family. He was a true gem.
