I didn't know Dom during his remarkable life but I was lucky enough to learn about him after encountering the memorial bench in his honor at Erfurt Park. This year I began regular walks to Erfurt and have found a joyful and calming habit of taking a quick rest with Dom on his bench and chatting about life. Recently we talked on Christmas night and again today, New Years Eve. He continues to make a positive impact, at least in one person's life, and for that I wanted to express my great gratitude and greater condolences.
