Domingo is survived by his cherished daughter, Carmen Francis Ortiz now Carmen Pangonis, he also has a mother named carmen quinones.who will continue to carry out his spirit and love. We remember Domingo not just as a devoted father, but also as a beacon of strength and resilience. His life was a testament to the enduring power of love and the force of the human spirit.
