Dolores Bargas, 86, of Westminster, CO, was born on April 08, 1938 to Richard  and Albinita Gomez.  In 1959, she met Robert Bargas, and they got married in the Church on July 7, 1967, they have 5 children together.   Vincent C. Bargas, Laura R. Lovato, Paula Y. Telles, Roman G. Bargas and Nicole J. Contreras.  She had 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Dolores  Bargas, died on January 15, 2025 after a long battle with Alzheimer's.   As a single mother, Dolores faced the challenges of life with resilience and grace, finding joy in the simple moments and purpose in the profound task of nurturing her family. Through long days and hard work, she created a home filled with love, warmth and laughter. Though her journey was not without its struggles, Dolores never wavered in her faith in God. Her trust in His plan provided her with the strength to persevere and the wisdom to guide her children with compassion and courage. Her faith was her anchor, and she shared its beauty through her words and actions, inspiring those around her to find hope even in the darkest times. Dolores also enjoyed playing cards with her family. Taking a ride up to Central City or Black Hawk to plays slots and also enjoyed all the Denver professional sports teams particularly the Colorado Rockies! We will miss her very much! We say goodbye to Mom just as she would say after a phone call or as she was leaving you, God Bless you! 

Dolores was predeceased by her  Mother and Father Richard and Albinita Gomez, sisters, Dorthy Steiniger, Francis Pautz, Antonia Guiterrez, Beatrice Martinez, Rachel Martinez and Cecilia Gonzales, brothers Lloyd Gomez, Richard Gomez and Frank Gomez and Husband Robert Bargas.

There will be a Rosary and Mass for Dolores on January 31, 2025  at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Parish 11385 Grant Dr, Northglenn, CO 80233.  Rosary will begin at 1030am and a Mass at 1100am with a reception to follow. 

The family requests that all flowers and notes to be sent to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Parish 11385 Grant Dr, Northglenn, CO 80233.
