With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of a beloved patriarch, brother, and friend, Dimitri Whembly. Dimitri was born on March 16, 1950, and left the earthly realm on July 10, 2024. Dimitri was a man who lived life to its fullest, cherishing every moment and embedding in his loved ones the importance of embracing the journey with gratitude and courage.

Our beloved Dimitri requested no flowers in lieu of donations to The Russian American Cultural Center. The memorial for Dimitri will be held among close family at the family home. The family asks for privacy during this time of mourning.
