Dieter Schneider was born in Germany in 1943, and immigrated to the United States in 1949. As a German immigrant, he felt a special love and devotion to this country. He honorably served in the United States Air Force from 1962 to 1966. He was Vice Commander, and part of the honor guard for the Broomfield American Legion, where he served selflessly for many years. Dieter loved music and was a very talented musician. He was also a hard working business man who built a successful insurance agency in Broomfield from 2000 to 2021. Dieter was a loving and devoted son, husband, father, grandfather and friend to all of those he knew. His love for and faith in God was the foundation of his life.
Dieter is survived by his mother, Margaretha Schneider, his wife, Rita Schneider, 8 children (Gina, Roy, Steven, Melanie, Heather, Lareina, Franz and Derrick) and their spouses, 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and his beloved pet turtle, Shelley. May his soul Rest In Peace.
