Background
Dick King died peacefully in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, surrounded by his children on October 30, 2023 at the age of 79. He is survived by his three children, Rich, Kelly, and Brad, and his many wonderful grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jane King, whom he loved deeply.
In lieu of flowers, Dick's family asks for donations to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. This was a cause that was close to Dick's heart, and he is at peace knowing his legacy will help children in need.
A service for Dick is being planned for the weekend of November 11th in Craig, Colorado. Please reach out to his granddaughter, Madison Kaemerer, or check this page for updates on the service. Contribute to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
