Ms. Dianne Irene (Cutter) Mansfield, returned to our Heavenly Father on May 5th, 2018, at the Life Care Center in Idaho Falls, at age 70. She was born on September 10, 1947, in Chino, California, San Bernardino, to the late Janett Holiday Cutter and the late Vernon Cutter, and was one of five daughters born to them.
