She poured her heart into those little structures, meticulously crafting each one. I’d watch her, my heart swelling with pride, as she placed the tiniest wreaths on the doors, dusted snow on the eaves, and brought the village to life.
I’d support her, of course. While she worked her magic, I’d be busy with the practicalities—the electrical work, the sturdy table I built for her creations.
