Dianna's obituary

Dianna Cuntz, 68, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away on October 2, 2025, surrounded by love and family. Born on March 19, 1957, in St. Louis, Dianna’s life was a beautiful reflection of kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion to those she held dear.

Dianna’s heart was always with her family. As a mother to Amy (Brad) Wethington, Amanda (Duane) Morris, and Andrea Kunst (Tom), she was a guiding light whose unconditional love shaped the lives of her children. Her nurturing spirit extended to her eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy. She also embraced many adopted children and grandchildren into her heart and home, offering them the same warmth and care that defined her life.

She is lovingly remembered by her siblings: Sue Courtwright, Paul (Darla) Lucas, and the late Charles “Chuck”(Lori) Lucas. Dianna was preceded in death by her beloved husband Randy Cuntz; her mother Joan Lucas; her grandparents Guy and Ester Scocco.

Beyond her role as a devoted matriarch, Dianna was a cherished friend to many. Her presence had a way of making others feel seen and valued always ready with a listening ear or words of encouragement. Her generosity knew no bounds, and the impact of her compassion will be felt for years to come.

Dianna’s life was a testament to the enduring power of family, faith, and friendship. She found joy in life’s simple moments—sharing laughter around the table, celebrating milestones big and small, and offering comfort when it was needed most.

Though she will be deeply missed, Dianna’s legacy lives on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. May her memory bring comfort and peace to those who carry it forward.

A celebration of Dianna’s life will be held at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church (3415 Taft Ave, St. Louis, MO 63111) on November 1st at 1:00pm. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance—to share stories, honor her memory, and celebrate the incredible woman who brought so much love into the world.
