Diann Gillman, 69, of Port Richey, FL,  passed away on October 06, 2022, surrounded by her friends and family.

Diann, born on September 20, 1953 to Blanche Atta Brawley Blalock and Chester A Blalock SR in Norristown, Pennsylvania, immediately brought joy and laughter into the world.   She met Burgess Gillman and the two were inseparable from that point on.  Diann and Burgess Gillman were married for almost 43  years and have 2 children that where from her previous marriage,  Christopher Gillman, and Dawn Mertes.

Diann was a fiercely dedicated mom to all of her children, raising all 2 of them to go on to accomplish great things. Family came first and was above all else to Diann, a value she instilled in all those around her. The hole left by her absence is impossible to fill.

Diann was predeceased by  Blanche Atta Brawley Blalock her Mother.  She is survived by Her father  Chester A Blalock Sr,  Brother Allen Blalock,  Son Christopher Gillman, and Daughter Dawn Mertes, and 6 Grandchildren Justin Mertes,  Avery Mertes,  Evan Mertes,  Logan Mertes,  Shadda,  Tommy,  and three Great Grandchildren  Thea Mertes,  Olive , and Andre.
