Background
All who knew Diane could not deny her endless love of her grandchildren. Her continuous support of them could be seen daily at any moment in time, from their lunch dates to after school pick ups, to ice cream runs and sleepovers, from chess games to sports games, grandparent days to birthdays, gingerbread houses to driving on back roads, jumping in the pool fully dressed to doctor appointments and kneeling to pray at bedtime, daily devotions to reciting the Lord’s Prayer, calls, texts, selfies, hugs and cheek rubs, she was ever present in their lives. She considered it a great joy to be present in lieu of their grandfather and never missed an opportunity to tell them of him nor their father God in Heaven. She considered her role as Nana a great honor and blessing!
