I met Diane when she was my neighbor. We were always swimming and water skiing in the ☀️ summer. I spent most of my time with her. We went to camp together and go to the school dances. Diane was so pretty and sweet. She told me one time that she wanted to be just like my mom. Cooking great dinners and special snacks after school. Have babies and spoil them. She was honest and kind to so many people and she was loved!
I will never forget you for the rest of my life. I will see you on the other side my dearest friend ❤️ ♥️ 💖 💕 💗

I never met Diane. Momma P.
For those of you who dont know me, I'm one of her beautiful daughter's close friends.
We became Facebook friends. She would frequently visit my Facebook page and react to my posts. She would also comment. This is where we formed a bond. She'd comment on my posts, and I'd respond.
There was one occasion when Heather lived in Parsons Green, a prime location in London. Heather video called Momma P, Betty was alongside her on the sofa. I joined in the video chat and met Momma P for the first time. The only time we ever video chatted. I will never forget it. The memory is clear in my mind. Even after some red wine.
She had a presence. I could listen to her voice and that accent for hours. I felt like I'd known her for many years.
Our relationship grew on Facebook. She frequently said I love you. It felt sincere.
Genuine.
Real.
I'd expect nothing less from a Peterson.
We never met, but I felt like I knew Diane, in a small but genuine way.
Perhaps someday, somewhere, we'll meet again.
She will be forever in our hearts, our minds, and our thoughts.

Diane & I became friends in Elementary school..I used to walk to her house often. My best memory is going there on New Year's eve day and we would listen to the radio & write down the top 100 songs of the year..dance, sing, laugh & eat. Her grandmother thought we were crazy.
Her grandmother's house was on beautiful lake in Pembroke when the sun was out...it was beautiful.

One of my favorite times with Diane was when I first met her. I had come to their home in MD with Sam and was overwhelmed but the immediate, unfiltered, genuine love she showered on me and the immediate sense that I was part of the family. She was a person who loved unconditionally and gave you her full heart and spirit and a hug from Diane was like a ray of sunshine brightening your day.
