VANCOUVER, Wash. – Diane Sylvia (Nylund) Allen went to the Lord on August 22, 2013, in Vancouver, Wash.
Diane was born in Pelkie on December 9, 1946, to William & Tyne Nylund. She graduated from Redford Union High in 1965. She enjoyed driving school bus for a living. She moved to Brighton, Michigan in 1978 and then to Washington state in 2005 to be near her four children.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents, William and Tyne Nylund.
Diane is survived by four children, Denise Kaski, Jim Kaski, Nancy (Muonio) Kaski, Dyana Kaski of Wash.; Seven grandchildren in order from oldest to youngest::: Christine, Brittany, Josh, Dustin, Andrew, Zachery, and Julian sisters, Carol (Bob, deceased) Stapula of Howell, Mich., Nancy Arthur of Atlantic Mine, Ellen (Bill) Even of Port Charlotte, Fla., Susan (Tom) See of Hartland, Mich.; brother, Bill (Vivian) Nylund of Brighton, Mich.; Aunt, Ruth Beck of Marquette; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Cremation has taken place. Celebration of Diane’s life was held in the U.P.
