I got to know DeeDee well during my time spent working at Hannaford Supermarket in high school, and then college. She used to shop at my store and would never fail to stop and chat with me; ask me how I was doing, how things were. I loved talking to her. She was the highlight of many days. I’m so very sorry to learn of her passing. I wish her family peace through reflection on fond memories. My sincere condolences.
