Diane Jean (Milton) Estreen, born on March 9, 1947 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, passed away at the age of 71 on May 14, 2018 in San Francisco, California. She was a librarian and manager for the Washington County Library for 30 years before retiring in September 2017.
