Diane Cooper, 71, of Sylacauga, passed away August 18, 2022, at Coosa Valley Hospital surrounded by her family and loved ones. Diane was born on July 27, 1951. She was a wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Sister and friend. Diane was a member of Crooked Creek Independent Baptist Church and was truly loved and will be missed by so many. 

  Diane is preceded in death by her parents Arnold Edward an Clorene Royal,her 2 brothers Carlos Royal and Arnold Reeves Royal and sister Marietta “rita”Royal Hughes.

Diane is survived by her son and 2 daughters Anthony Thomas (Sandra) Paula Beckham and Jennifer Stroud Wyatt. (3 sisters) Carolyn Merrell (Charles) Cindy Alford, Judy Johnson (Kenneth). (3 Brothers) Talmadge Royal (Judy)  Donnie Royal and Tony Royal. 10 Grandchildren; Justin Thomas, Seth Thomas, Blake Bullard, Nickalous Thomas, Cameron Beckham, Austin Murphy, Serena Stroud, Haley Page and Kanyon Ogle. 4 great grandchildren Gezhalia Thomas, Ozlynne Thomas, Kashtyn Ogle, Ella Frost.

Diane requested a celebration of life be held in her honor as opposed to traditional funeral services. We invite anyone who knew Diane to join us in celebrating her life at 2:00pm Saturday August 27th, 2022  at Crooked Creek Indepedant Baptist Church, 206 west 9th St. Sylacauga, Al. 35150
