Diana's obituary
Diana King (née Messenger)
Beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend
Diana King, a woman known for her giving heart, her love of music, and her ever present cup of Coca-Cola, passed away peacefully surrounded by family. She was a devoted mother to Christopher and Nicholas (wife Miriam), and her greatest joy came from being a grandmother to Ness and Mina, who brought her endless love and pride.
Diana was preceded in death by her loving husband, Alan, with whom she shared many years of life, laughter, and partnership. She was also preceded in death by her father, William, and her beloved sister Christine. She is survived by her mother, Josianne, and her brothers William Jr. and Michael.
Diana spent many years working as a waitress, where her kindness, humor, and easy smile made a lasting impression on everyone she met. She was a giver in every way —always ready to lend a hand, share a laugh, or simply be there when someone needed her. Her love for others ran deep, and she never hesitated to put others before herself.
To know Diana was to love her. Her spirit lives on in the laughter of her grandchildren, the music that filled her days, and the countless lives she touched with her compassion and care.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
