Diana's obituary
We regretfully announce the passing of Diana Hill, who departed from this world on October 2, 2023. A vibrant and determined spirit, Diana left a mark on everyone she encountered, making her absence all the more felt. Diana will be remembered for her ability to create smiles and heal hearts, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness. She was a beautiful soul taken too soon.
Diana is survived by her sister, Mary, her brother, Henry, as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and her beloved cat, Sussie. Her presence will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Diana was not one to be confined to one place, and her adventures led her across the United States. By the year 2000, she proudly claimed to have visited 48 states. Marlton, NJ became her refuge in 2002, a place she called home and thrived as a pet sitter. In 2011, she traveled to Hawaii, marking her 49th state visited, before her courageous battle with cancer began.
As per Diana's request, a celebration of life will be held on October 17th at Laurel Acres Park. The celebration, open to all who wish to pay their respects, will take place from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Following the public service, a private ash spreading ceremony will be held for close family and friends.
Diana's departure has left a void in the lives of those who cherished her. May her memories bring comfort and solace during this difficult time.
