Remembering my dear friend Dharam. The gigantic frame hid a heart that was gentle. At NDA, his workout in the Gym was invariably followed by a visit to the library where he would immerse himself in Victorian poetry. I can still see him recite " She was a phantom of delight...", in his coarse haryanvi accent. I am sure that he must be a vision of delight to all the angels in heaven.
Mamaji you were and will always be an inspiration for everyone. Though physically you are not between us but your thoughts, lifestyle, culture will be part of our lives always. Miss you!
It's been a year but his thoughts, dreams and teachings live on. I think of him every time I discuss about Yoga, healthy lifestyle and simple living. I am sure he is happy wherever he is right now and proud of his family. Rest in peace Uncle.
We miss you mamaji ..This void cannot be filled, trying to follow your footsteps of hardwork and descipline, hope you are in better world...with lots of love Chetna
Dharamendra was my course mate in National Defence Academy and we were in same Squadron ie. India Squadron. Both of us were member of Yoga club. He was very calm and serene person. Never saw him loosing his temper. He is fondly remembered for his cool and calm behaviour with his subordinates. Very Humble and humane yet a tough soldier who always liked to be in forefront for military operations, a genetic trate of his cast/clan. May God rest his soul in peace. Aum Shanti Shanti.
Dear Dharmendra, you were a gentleman of the highest order. It is difficult to describe you in words. Tragic news of your sad and untimely demise has left me shocked and dumb founded. You have left a void which can not be filled. I was waiting for you to come to India, but you left for heavenly abode. I salute you my brother. you will always be remembered...................
Man of few words but with lot of expression in the eye. Pure heart and soul which was never influenced by the worldly affair. I know where ever you are ,you will find eternal love and paradise. Rest in peace Mamaji
Mausaji you will be always remembered as inspiration to young generation, I remember having a great conversation with you in your last trip to India. Hope your soul rest in peace. I know you will be still inspiring people up there. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
I am blessed to be your sister. You were and will always be in our hearts bhai. There is no grieving message that can express how much you meant to me.
Dharamendra was a gentle soul and a dear friend from NDA and Army days. We used to have long conversations on the phone here in the USA. Will be dearly missed. May God Bless his soul and give strength to his family to bear this untimely loss. Capt. HPS Gill
