Devyn Tyler Cathey, 25, passed on February 19, 2021, in the loving arms of his family members. Devyn Tyler Cathey passed away after a long battle with Stage 4 bone cancer.
He was born to Deon Cathey and Vanessa Myles in Memphis, Tennessee on January 09, 1996. Devyn was the loving brother of Ashley Cathey, Deon Cathey Jr. (DJ), and Darien Cathey.
He married his high school sweetheart, Iyana Squiabro in 2016 and they lived together in Memphis,Tennessee. Together they raised their 1 year old daughter, Melanie Squiabro.
Devyn graduated from East High School in Memphis, Tennessee in 2015 and received a degree in biochemistry from Middle Tennessee State University in 2019.
Devyn worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a research assistant and was passionate about the decisions he's made.
Devin was a loving, caring, hard working individual who would do and give everything of him to make sure the people around him were taken care of.
