Obituary
Born in Jamaica on November 21, 1969, Devra also affectionately known as Sandy carried her heritage with pride and embodied strength, beauty, and resilience throughout her life. She was the proud mother of five children and grandmother of five, who were her greatest joy. Family was always at the center of her life, and she never let a day go by without showing her children and grandchildren just how deeply she loved them.
