Derrick A. Pursley, of Jacksonville, Fl, died unexpectedly on 04/29/2022 from Cancer. Derrick was only 90 years old. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by Derrick's sudden death. Derrick was born on 02/07/1932, attended The University Of Alabama, and lived in Jacksonville , FL for most of  his professional life.  He was a small business owner. Derrick owned and operated Zales Jewlry Store in Jacksonville for over 30 years. Zales was his pride, joy, and life's work. Derrick poured his heart and soul into the business which showed to  all his customers and patrons . Derrick is survived by his wife Mary,  his  daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Hugh Wilburn, his brother Jerry Pursley and an abundance of friends. We will miss Derrick more than words can say.
