Although I didn't know Derek personally, I knew his Dad very well from years past, and have known the group on Hillbank Rd most of my life, Derek's name was brought up in my household everyday and only in the kindest of ways, so I did start to feel like I knew him and Marla a little bit. My heart goes out to Marla, Luke, Derek's daughter Hattie, family and friends, it's an unimaginable loss I'm so very sorry..

Sending our heartfelt condolences to Marla and family as well as to Derek's brother, Luke and family.  It is a huge loss for all who loved him.  Condolences to all of Derek's friends who who held Derek in their hearts!  Remember all your great times together and all the memories you created.
