It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Derek Daniel Davis.

Derek was born July 21, 1988, in Torrance, California and was taken away too soon on February 14th, 2024, in a tragic automobile accident. Derek is survived by his Mother Debby Carter who was truly his best friend. His sister Alyssa Ross (Vinny), two nieces Aaliyah and Aubree who were his world. He is also survived by his Grandparents, Lori and Bob Hart, Aunt and Uncle, Tammy and Kenny Meyers, his cousins whom he loved so much like brothers, Justin (Carrie), Brandon (Jess), Jordan and Nolan, along with numerous cousins, great aunts, and uncles. A half-brother Eric Davis and SO many friends.

Derek loved his family and friends, he loved with his entire heart, and you just felt it. He was always there to help anyone in need at a moment's notice. He was honestly the kindest, sweetest, loyal, most loving Son, Brother, Uncle, Grandson, Nephew, Cousin, and Friend. He was just an all-around spectacular person.

There are no words to describe how badly he will be missed.

"Fly high Batman, we will love you forever!"
