How you can help
We unexpectedly lost Derek too his ongoing battle with the disease of addiction. He fight a long hard fight and has just had the longest stretch of sobriety he has seen in some time. Derek was a good man, I’d know I spent half of my life with him, married him, he was successful and went to college and graduated. Everything was looking up in our lives. I’m 2006 we gave birth to a baby boy. The drugs took everything away from him, from us, and most importantly from our son who never knew the man I knew Derek could be. It has come down to this now and we need to give him a proper burial. I’m a single mother of three children and he didn’t have any life insurance. Please God help is find the way to bring Derek home to be with you once again. For his family, for his son, for his mother. A mother that had more lost all three of her children. May God be with us all. Amen.
