In Loving Memory of James Dennis Stafford

James Dennis Stafford, 76, of Brooksville, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

A beloved member of the Brooksville community, Dennis was the proud owner of The Barber Shop on Broad Street, where he served generations of families with skill and kindness for decades. His barbershop wasn’t just a place for a haircut—it was a welcoming space for friendship, conversation, and community spirit.

Dennis was a dedicated member of the Christian Fellowship Church. His kindness and dedication to his family, friends, and community will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Linda Lee Stafford and daughter, Della Williamson. Dennis is survived by his daughters, Dorothea Stephens of Griffin, Georgia, and Carol Garland of Winchester, Kentucky; his son, Daniel Hrivnak of Winchester, Kentucky; several cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial service honoring Dennis’s life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025, at Christian Fellowship Church in Brooksville, FL.
