Dennis's obituary

Dennis Alfred LaClair, 78, passed January 16, 2024 surrounded by the love of his family at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. He was born October 6, 1945 in Claremont, NH, the son of Rodney LaClair and Barbara Cormier.

He was the husband of Christine LaClair. They were married on October 15, 1966 in Fitchburg, MA.

Dennis was a hard worker who always provided for his family. He worked for Maki Electric in Worcester, MA, Trim Line Design in Fitchburg, MA and retired from PJ Albert Paving Co. after 16 years.

Dennis loved his wife dearly along with his family. He enjoyed his personal volunteer ministry work along with helping his brothers and sisters in the congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. He loved old vehicles, playing cards, 4-wheeling with his son, fishing, taking cruises with his wife, hiking and the outdoors.

He was predeceased by his daughter Christina Lee LaClair.

He was survived by his wife Christine LaClair of Fitzwilliam, NH, children Lucy Merchant of Gardner, MA Lisa Kunst (Kerry) of Bokeelia, FL, Dawn Lawson (Billy) of Greenbrier, AR, Nathaniel LaClair (Chiara) of Fitchburg, MA, 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, his sister Shiela Repko, nieces Kia LaRosa (Robert) and Cindy Bartlett (Phil) brother in laws Bobby Bennett, Ernest Bennett, Gary Bennett, sister in laws Tina Bennett-Smith and Barbara Denis.
