Dennis Ray Iwinski, 74, of Midlothian, IL, was peacefully called home by the Lord on Saturday, November 20, 2021, after a brave battle with pancreatic cancer.

He is the beloved husband, partner, and protector of Judy (nee Borucki).  Proud, caring, and supportive father to Victoria (Eric) and Denise (Steve).  Cherished Grampy of Kendall and Carter.  Older brother to Rosette.  Treasured family member, friend, and neighbor to so many.  

Dennis honorably served in the U.S. Army and worked tirelessly until his much-deserved retirement after 45 years from Navistar.  People were drawn to Dennis for his unique sense of humor and contagious laugh.   He enjoyed the simplicities in life: gardening, barbecuing, fishing, foot rubs, and the White Sox.   

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents Lucille and Raymond.   We kindly invite everyone to a "Celebration of Life" Memorial Service to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 18th, 2021, at Faith United Methodist Church located at 15101 S 80th Ave, Orland Park, IL.  Private luncheon to follow.
