He was preceded in death by his wife Katie Garner and parents Wayne and Elsa Garner
He is survived by his sister Cheri Garner and brother Raymond Garner
niece Patricia Gwinn and nephew Jason Weber and Seven great nieces and nephews
Memorial service to be held at Nazarene church 860 South Holmes Ave., Indianapolis, IN October 5, 2018 at 1 PM
