I’m gonna miss him always referring to me as “Leasette”, I’m not sure he called me by my given name many times.  Even after I moved out when we text or talked he still referred to me at “Leasette”. 

I’m sure gonna miss Dennis, miss his kind giving heart & his warm welcoming smile. He was the Best landlord/friend to me. I am extremely blessed to have known him.  He may be Gone but will Definitely Never be Forgotten!! 

Rest in Peace my friend & don’t forget to save me a seat 💜
