Background
On August 19, 2018, Dennis DeSantis received a miracle in the form of a new lung. Over the next 18 months, he would receive outstanding care at the University of Pennsylvania from Dr. Andrew Courtwright and Donna Chojnowski, NP. Over time, they became extensions of our family doing their jobs with love, respect and the utmost dignity. We would like to show our appreciation by donating to the Lung Transplant Research Fund so that these two can continue to bring comfort and healing to many patients to come.
