Dennis Sten Carlson Jr.

August 18, 1991- December 18, 2022

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dennis Carlson Jr., who left us on December 18, 2022 at the age of 31.

Dennis was a beloved son, brother, cousin, nephew, and a cherished friend.

Dennis was born on August 18, 1991 in Fullerton, CA to Jennifer Kabza and Dennis Carlson Sr.

He grew up in Loyalton, CA and Goodyear, AZ. Dennis was an active child who could be found in the woods with his cousin, on a trampoline or pogo stick, or in the backyard creating elaborate trench warfare scenes with his little brother. He enjoyed video games and playing football. As he grew into a teen, he developed a passion for achieving academically. He was competitive and enjoyed growing his vocabulary.

Dennis worked as a forklift operator and was known for his work ethic. He could be found at the gym lifting weights before heading into work. Dennis was known for being reliable, strong, and resilient.

Dennis was a devoted uncle to his nieces and nephews and loved spending time with his brothers Chris and Bradley, brother-in-law Ross and sister Melanie, and best friend Skyler. He was close to his parents, who he shared his sense of humor and many cross-country road trips with. He loved to keep his family laughing.

Dennis is survived by his mother Jennifer, father Dennis, brothers Chris, Erik, and Bradley, and sisters Justine, Melanie, and Samantha.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Paul, Richard, and Beverly and his oldest brother Shaun.

Dennis will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He will always be remembered for his sense of humor, love for family, and his loyalty.
