It is with profound sadness that my father Dennis K Buxman who was born in Perrington, Texas on September 26th 1948 has passed away early morning of May 29th 2025 at the age of 76 in Grand Junction, Co. at the Hope West Hospice Center. Legagcy funeral home is where he will be cremated. He loved to build homes. His construction business was dkb construction services was his busines for at least 50-60 years. He took pride in each of the homes he built includeing my childhood home in Redwood Valley, California. His parents precceded him. His Mother Mary Alfretta Thompson who was born in 1922 in Mexia Texas and passed in 2004 in Ukiah Ca. His dad Fred Buxman Jr. born in 1915 in Russia and passed in 1961 in Texas . All his brothers preceded him Freddie Lee Buxman born in 1945 and died 1997. His brother born on 1942 Larry Warren Buxman Oct 2004 passed . His brother Micheal Dean Buxman born Beaver Oaklahoma 1951 and died dec 2004 in Ukiah Ca. On August of 1975 he married Connie Solomon of Seal rock Oregon and I was born 1976. They Seperated thier ways when I was 17 in March 1993. He survived by his only daughter Rayna Maree Knowlton of Waldport ,Oregon. Step son Jem Bailey of Seal rock, Oregon. His only Grand daughter Alicia Rae Jean Bailey of Repbulic, Missouri. His Two grandsons Robert Eugene Silver Jr. and Blake Dean Silver both of SealRock, Oregon.

He has also survived by his current partner Jacquie Birwick of Grand Junction Co. His closest nephew Craig Heartsill and his wife Patty Heartsill also of Grand Junction, Co. Another nephew of Denver, Co. Richard Buxman and a niece Kim Buxman of Texas. Numerous former nieces and nephews on east coast and West coast. His Great Niece Larrysa Buxman from Klamath Falls ,Oregon

Numerous other friends, and family included. He was a loveing partner , ex husband , father, uncle, great uncle, brother, cuzin, grandpa, son and long time friend. Those who knew him will miss him dearly. He had a heart gold and worked all his life to provide for those he loved. He made people laugh till thier sides split from laughter. As far as I know there be no services held at this time. He be put is ash garden with his name in Grand Jct Colorado somewhere and a part of him comes home with me to Oregon and I hold a celebration of life on Sept 27th 2025 at 11am pacific time to 2 pm pacific time and the place is TBA- to be announced.
