Dennis's obituary

Funeral service for Demetrie Ingram will be Saturday 1:00 p.m. May 15,2010 at First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery directed by Young & Young Funeral Home of Hartsville. Ms. Demetrie Elizabeth Ingram, was born in Charlotte, North Carolina on August 3, 1963 to Mrs. Dorothy A. Ingram Brown and the late Joe Cecil Ingram. On Tuesday, May 11, 2010 her race was finished and her course completed. "Dee," as she was lovingly called by family and friends attended the public schools of Darlington County and graduated from Butler High School in 1981. She attended Florence-Darlington Technical College and received a B.S. in Hospital Management from the University of Phoenix. Dee was employed by Bartlett Nuclear, Inc. for the last 26 years as a Sr. Health Physicist. Her Christian walk began at Centenary United Methodist Church where she came to know the lord. She later became a charter of Kingdom Builders Worship Center,Inc. in Hartsville. She served diligently in her church and community helping those in need utilizing her gifts of interior designing, and event planning. Her life of was a life of sevice dedicated to family, friends, and meeting the needs of others. Left to cherish her precious memories are: her mother, Dorothy Brown of Hartsville,SC; two sons, Zephaniah Ingram of Memphis, TN and Jabronski Ingram of Hartsville,SC; two daughters, Yoshimori Ingram and Dorzhay Ingram of Hartsville,SC; four sisters, Nishie T. Ingarm, Quandra L. Brown, and Madaline M. Brown of Hartsville, SC, Cynthia (Will) Blackman of Charlotte, NC; one brother, Christopher L. Ingram of Hartsville,SC; two grandchildren Tyquashia Anderson and Zaniah Ingram; nephews, Shykasheali Phillips, Cameron Mayes and nieces, Nashetavous Ingram, Lanishia Ingram, Brandace Mayes, and Candace Mayes; two aunts Shirley Davis of Hartsville,SC and Patricia (Steve) Smith of Newport News, VA; two uncles Sam (Carol) Davis,Jr. of Bennettsville, SC and Winnor (Margie) Marshall of Hartsville, SC and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. Demetrie was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Cecil and Elizabeth Ingram, maternal grandparents James and Nishie Austin and aunt Betty Lattaker.
