It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we share with you that our mother, Denise Xenia Lavell, passed away on January 23rd, 2023.

She touched the lives of so many and each person was better having known her. Denise was a proud Mother, sober alcoholic, cancer survivor, Realtor and so much more. Although you may have known her from one of her many walks of life, Denise’s biggest accomplishment was being Mooma to her four grandchildren. She is survived by her sisters Peggy Shlemmer and Maria Lavell, brother-in-law Rick Shlemmer, daughters Hanna and Holland Enright, son-in-law James Donahue and grandchildren Abigail, Charlotte, Dixon and Delilah.

Services will be held on Thursday, February 2nd at 10:00am-11:30am at American Martyrs Catholic Church in Manhattan Beach with a short memorial and remarks to follow at O'Donnell Hall on the property.
