Denise Marie Ford Obituary
Denise Marie Ford, age 67, went to be with the Lord early Tuesday morning, August 20, 2024, in Monroe Michigan with family by her side. She was born November 2, 1956, in Trenton, Michigan, the daughter of Robert Jackson Breazeale and Marion Rose Breazeale. Robert and Marion raised Denise in Belleville Michigan. Denise received a wonderful public-school education at Belleville High School, graduating in 1974.
On December 21, 1974, Denise married Mickey Kent Ford. The two of them raised four amazing children together in a small home in Belleville. After 25 years together, Denise and Mickey divorced. They maintained a working relationship so they could peacefully be part of the next generation’s lives.
Denise was known to love elephants, snow globes, and jewelry. She collected as many as she could. She also had several jobs that included car detailer, Taco Bell manager, Red Roof Inn Customer Service rep, and restaurant hostess. The titles she cherished most were Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma, and Neecy.
Denise is survived by; the father of her children, Mickey of Belleville, MI; son, Michael Ford (Michelle) of Tecumseh, MI; son, David Ford (Rhonda) of Ypsilanti, MI; daughter, Angela Conde of Monroe, MI; daughter, Tiffany Smith (Brian) of Saline, MI; 21 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren and possibly 1 more on the way.
Denise was preceded in death by her parents and brother Robert Breazeale; sister Donna Buettner; and boyfriend Jeff Clontz.
According to her wishes, Denise will be cremated with her ashes to join her parents in Belleville. A celebration of life is scheduled for August 31, 2024.
