Happy heavenly birthday Denise❣️ Your family misses you each and every day 💔

Our hearts are broken knowing that our sister from another mr has gone on ahead of us.   Denise and I were friends from the first day she walked up the stairs at the DT group, and despite not being face to face much in the past few years, we still remained friends and loved each other.  Denise was a proud woman, Daughter, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Friend.  We all knew struggles, and we all were able to get through each day knowing we had each other and that we would all be together again one day when Jesus came.  So very sorry Stephanie and family, and Trace Wayne.   You have had to go through so much, and please know that our family will always be there for you and yours.   I will miss Denise and our daily texts on our phones.   She was a blessing in our lives! Remember the we all fall short of the glory of His presence, and we are placed together as His children, to love and support one another.   We all struggle...it's what we do in our struggle, and how we change ourselves and others that bring us closer to our Eternal Rest.  LOVE YOU BIG SIS!  Someday we will sit in our rocking chairs on a big welcoming porch reminiscing .  

I hope you know how much I loved her.  She was difficult and no sweet words can change that for me. I wish things were  different but I  accepted her terms and now I have to live with that. She is with her mama a n d Dakota and pain free so her passing has to be a blessing.  She is no longer a tortured soul but free. Steph I care and hope that you and yours find peace and acceptance. 

Ernie, Tony and especially Jimmy I send my deepest condolences and fondest memories.  It is hard to think of her and not see Jimmy lovingly teasing her.  I still see the joy on her face as she held Emily and Nicholas for the first time.  To her children and grandchildren may your hearts heal and your memories be of love and joy.

Our thoughts and prayers to the entire Dunbar family! Denise loved her family very much. Steph she admired the mother that you became raising two adorable children which she loved beyond measure. Jimmy your sister was so excited to be a part of your life and we are glad you both reconnected. Denise will be missed by many as she touched so many lives  throughout her life. Sending hugs to her family as you all cope with this tragic loss. 

I knew this lovely woman for exactly one month, yet, in that time, I learned how very much she loved all of you. She was a gift to me and she had plans for more time…sending strong thoughts to her family as you navigate these first days without her and wishing you all peace.

We are so sorry to hear this tragic news and are here for anything you and your family need Stephanie.  Rest in peace Denise ❤️

Stephanie, Ross and family, Our hearts go out to you during this sad time.  I’m grateful to have had Denise as a “sister” for seven years.  She was key in helping me along in my recovery from heart transplant.  A kind and loving soul…she will be missed!
