Denim Lucas Bradshaw, 14, left this earth too soon and gained his wings on January 28, 2023 after conquering his first dream: bull riding. Denim Bradshaw was born on October 08, 2008 to parents Shannon Bowman and Billy Bradshaw.  Denim was a gifted, bright, and ineffable soul whose loss was completely unexpected and our family mourns his passing greatly.

Denim had the biggest heart; he was kind and fearless.  He was a loving, adventurous and irreplaceable soul.  Denim enjoyed such things as: hanging out with his friends, going to the beach to stay with his grandmother, aunt, and cousins, watching anime, eating -- anything and everything. He was always surrounded by people who loved him because he had an impact on every life that he was a part of.  Denim was absolutely in love with bull riding and the atmosphere of the rodeo where he gained many new friends in such a big rodeo family.  He would frequently let us know that when he grew up, he was going to be an officer with his German Shepard, Aphora. 

Denim is survived by his loving family: parents Shannon Bowman & Billy Bradshaw and siblings Braxton Knight, Triston Knight, Persephone Bowman, Daylin Scott, Dustin Smith and Arianna.  

We pray the love for our lost is forever carried in your memory. Long Live our Belews Creek Bandit. 

Service will be held at Mount Calvary Baptist Church on February 4, 2023. 7279 Pine Hall Road, Belews Creek, NC 27009.

The viewing will be held 12:00-12:30 and the service will begin at 12:30 PM. Wear your cowboy boots and big belt buckles if you have them; if not, then come as you are.

*** PLEASE no burnouts near the church or cemetery,  if there are plans to do this in denims honor; please reach out to me so I can inform you of the safe location that has been set aside to accommodate. ***
