Background

As some of you may have heard, Demetrius "Mimi Demo" Starks just passed away. We're heartbroken, and on top of the loss, we're struggling to pay for his funeral and burial. If you're able to contribute, we'd be very grateful. It would also help a lot if you can re-share this fundraiser with others.

Demetrius was a hardworking young man who took care of his brothers, Jeremiah and Joshua. The three moved to Indianapolis, from Goshen, to live with their family, working towards their dreams. Demetrius was a pillar of support for his brothers and a beacon of hope for his family. His kindness, dedication, and unwavering love for his family and friends touched the lives of many.

Demetrius's journey was one of determination and resilience. Despite facing numerous challenges, he remained steadfast in his commitment to providing a better life for himself and his brothers. He worked tirelessly, often putting others' needs before his own, and his selflessness was a testament to his character. His infectious smile and positive attitude brightened the lives of those around him.

Losing Demetrius has left a void in our hearts, but we find solace in the cherished memories we shared. As we navigate this difficult time, we want to ensure that he receives the farewell he deserves.

In addition to financial contributions, we kindly ask that you share this fundraiser with your networks. Spreading the word will greatly increase our chances of reaching our goal and providing the support that Demetrius's family needs. Every little bit helps, and we are immensely grateful for your generosity and compassion during this trying time.

Thank you for helping us honor the memory of a remarkable young man who left an indelible mark on all who knew him. Your kindness and support mean the world to us.
Funds are being collected and disbursed by Karlisha Starks, Demetruis's sister.
