Deloris (Dill) Skaggs passed away on January 27, 2021. She was born May 9, 1928 in Huntington, Indiana. At 16 years of age she married Frederick (Fred) Skaggs and was married for 25 years until he passed away in 1968.

Dill had six children. Sharon Shortlidge and Judith Dick (Nasise) (both whom preceded her in death), Jon Skaggs, Linda Gutterud, David Skaggs and Toni Charette.

She also had 14 grand children, 29 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
